Have you caught yourself this week worried about some kind of an outcome? How will this work out? What will the end result be? We spend a lot of time worrying about how things will work out. This past Sunday we started our family life series and we laid the foundation to begin that series with the sermon title, “Don’t Panic God’s Got This!” Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who are called according to HIs purpose.” How comforting to know that in all things and yes that includes our family God will work things out for the good. The key is for those who love Him and know their purpose through Him. Let this be an encouragement to you this week, rest assured in God’s provision on your life and on your family and trust that God in His timing will work out all things. Paul also says, “But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.” Romans 8:25
The best thing you can give your family is a living faith, take action today and lean not on your own understanding but on Godly truth found in the Word of God. Let faith start with you and grow from there. Wherever you are on the pathway of family life God wants a moment with you because He wants to say something, It’s never to early or too late to start applying biblical principles and values into your family life and in patience you can witness God bring about the growth and faith. Don’t let the regrets of the past or the poor decisions you have made be a hindrance any longer. Keep on trying and keep on praying and put it in God’s hands and believe that everything will work out. My prayers are with you and join us again this Sunday as we take a look at the story of Ruth and Boaz and how through a loyal loving relationship in faith to God His grace met the needs of a family in need.
Blessings
